Sadie Amara Calvano, an American actress most well-known for her role as Violet Plunkett on the CBS sitcom "Mom" and has earned a lot of fame. Calvano born in California initially was interested in competitive gymnastics. In the end, however, Calvano decided to focus on a career in acting. The first time she appeared on screen was in 2010, in the episode of CBS's NCIS. In the biographical crime-drama movie J Edgar, she made her debut on the big screen few months later. Over the years she's established herself as one the most exciting actors of the current field. In recognition of her role in the show 'NCIS', she was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance on a Television Series - Guest Starring Young Actress 11-15 years old in the year 2011. She was also nominated in 2013 for an Young Artist Award, this time for her appearance as a guest star in the comedy series of Disney XD "Kickin' it". Calvano was part of the ensemble cast of Mom throughout its first three seasons and was featured numerous times during the fourth. Calvano's role as a rising star on Mom was recognized with an award called the Gracie Allen Award, which is given to outstanding female actors.
